Lets Help Ralph Cetrulo Raise $11,000 for Special Olympics of Delaware!!
Happy New Year to All!
As most of you know, I am on the board of Special Olympics of Delaware. Last year
and this year, I have the privilege of being Board President of the Organization.
Every year for the past six winters, I have been plunging in the Atlantic Ocean
for Special Olympics. Based on how cold our winter has been, I expect this to be
a very cold plunge on February 7th.
In light of our economy, I know that asking you for a donation at this time is difficult.
However, this is also a time that organizations such as Special Olympics depend
on your kindness the most. The proceeds from this event will contribute to a brighter
future for those living with intellectual disabilities all across Delaware. I hope
you will help me raise money for SODE.
To add a little incentive, my wife Amy said she will plunge if I am able to raise
$11,000. This comes from a person who will not even go in the water in August. The
current water temperature is 42 degrees. I expect it to be at least 35 degrees in
February if not colder!
